Let's Go Bowling!

Today we bowled and did'nt even
need to reserve a lane. The Shust
and I took advantage of a warm and
sunny afternoon to have some runs
at Breckenridges Horseshoe Bowl,
Imperial Bowl, Peaks 7's Whale's
Tail, Y-chute, and Art's Bowl,all
via loops on T-bor and Imperial
Express lift.It was fast, steep,
and mostly soft for big turns.
Sometimes slabby, one slab actually
hit a buddy of Mr.Vinnie Ortega
who we took a run with on Art's Bowl,
it was so steep that all of these icy
chunks are flying past, and at you
as you blast downhill, sure enough
...Bam! one hit that guy's face,
drawing some blood,
that's some vicious snow .

From Imperial, looking north to Peak 7.
From atop Peak 7.
Looking into Arts Bowl and
out across Breck and beyond.

Shuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust.
How Frosty gets to work.

I think that we were very satisfied

with todays adventures, and will

surely be back for more, will you?

....please do.

Todays Episode..."Blinded by the white" or.... "Ice to meet you."

This single picture tells the story of today.
It was nearly too cold to take a picture.
Crisp and I bundled and bucked up to face
temps near zero at Breckenridge. We ARE
getting snow, it's been quite nice this week.
The A.S.C. also ventured to Keystone on
Monday, I forgot my camera however,
we were running so late it was after 2:00 pm
when we got on the hill.

Thanks for the visit, come back again

Goin' Back to Pali, Pali, Pali.

The A.S.C. represented well today,
Al-X,Mean Gene,B.o.B., The Shust ,
and myself. We stuck solely to the Pali
lift which access some very hairy terrain.
Pali has it's main run and then a series
Of steep alleys ending at a very vertical
section called Gauthier, it was a few of
our members first entries into these places.
Many sections and were super sketchy
with rocks peppered throughout the
troughs of ledgelike bumps and lotsa
trees around to remind you not to tumble,
or you may very well eat bark.

Al-X kicks up some powder.
Mean gene leads the way down Pali's main run.
Al-X and Shust, on the highway to the danger zone. There I go, the A.S.C. in tow.B.o.B. Toughing it through the troughs.I can't quite tell which way that the Shusts legs
are twisting but thats some form right there.

whoa.
Yeah, that's what the West Alley looked like,

Don't miss your turns or pain may follow.

We all got worked over well today at A-Basin.

I'm thinkin 'bout tommorrow already so check back.

Laissez Le Bon Temps Rouler (Let the Good Times Roll)

Fat Tuesday at Keystone with
Mean Gene the Yeti Slayin' Machine.
I'd like to congratulate M.G.the Y.S.M.
on the # 38...Yessss.

You freakin' clown!
Workin' some moguls.
Breck from afar... the farther the better,
only jokin' but Keystone's been better this season.
(that's just my opinion)

Weird.

We certainly let the good times roll

today, and we'll keep em' rollin' all

season long, come back n' see.

Alone Again.

Hey, I just happened to be
driving past Keystone and heard
something about 6" of new snow
so I decided to stop in to see what
was happening. I was solo once
again today, so the photos are kinda
boring, I took a couple of shots
of the nice snow though.

Hi.
The sun tried to burn through a few times.
Lotsa powder in the trees.
Some nice turns here too.
Ambush(middle run) on North Peak was sweet.
Hey we're gettin' some snow...excellent.
